Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow colour, intense and persuasive aroma, structured yet elegant, fresh and mineral with a vigorous, vibrant, unctuous finish and enormous persistence.

Trivia:
The summer was hot, but Estremoz maintained the large temperature ranges that are so characteristic of it and that are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow maturation in order to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. So in 2019 we were able to edit our white Blog for the 2nd time, produced from our best grapes. Aging in French oak barrels, half new and half 2nd year.
