Tiago Cabaço, born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the wine-growing Alentejo, got used to sharing the countryside and working in the vineyards and winery with his parents from an early age. It was through this journey that, as a child, he learned the secrets of the vineyard, the soil, the grape varieties and the whole universe associated with it, which he still applies in his day-to-day.

Tiago Cabaço has gained respect and attention from the sector, adding many national and international awards and distinctions.
