Winemaking:
An absolutely atypical year in terms of climate. Heavy precipitation and fairly high average temperature for the start of the campaign. The same was true in February and March. High humidity and temperature
led to a strong vegetative expansion of the plants. The month of May is very rainy and with a low level of sunlight, so flowering takes place in difficult conditions and it is necessary to carry out properly positioned phytosanitary treatments.
June was the wettest in the last 20 years and has temperatures and sunshine below average. July and August registered unfavorable temperatures and August was very rainy. It was undoubtedly this period
which conditioned maturation, delaying it significantly. September was generous!
