Vineyards: grapes from the extreme southeast of the Douro Superior region, in a schist/granite transition zone at an altitude of 650m, predominantly exposed to the North. Vinification and aging: reception with total destemming, followed by very gentle pressing (only the must-tear was used). Clarification at 7°C for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 15°C. Aging for 5 months in stainless steel vats with lipstick (3 months)
