Helder Lobo, a young man who has always nurtured a passion for artisanal and traditional products – acquired from the local century-old grocery, where relics that transport us to the childhood of our ancestors can be found – decided to create Premium Bite in 2021. In doing so, he brought together small producers to support the local economy and project it beyond borders.

With this brand, we introduce our beautiful Portugal to the world, demonstrating the value of every producer and the daily dedication to the art of production on our land.
