Two distinct vineyards, one located on the Favaios plateau of schist soil at an altitude of 600m. The other, from a 30 year old vineyard plot, situated in the north of the Cima Corgo region in a shale/granite transition zone, at an altitude of 550m with predominant southern exposure.
Lipid colour, with a very exuberant aroma, where floral and exotic notes predominate. In the mouth, it presents itself very elegant with a predominance of white-fleshed fruits among a vibrant acidity that makes this wine a true refreshment.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Reception without destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decantation for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
