Thanks to the wide variety of varieties we have, including Portuguese and foreign varieties, we were fortunate to be able to harvest grapes in a perfect state of ripeness, with irreproachable balances between alcohol, sugar and acidity. The proximity of the cellar to the vineyards, the gentle pressings and the low fermentation temperatures help to make a fresh and seductive wine.
