For this edition of a Tiago Cabaço signature monovarietal white wine, we have chosen the Encruzado grape variety, a typical Dão variety, but very well adapted to the characteristics of the Alentejo, specifically to the terroir of Estremoz. We present an elegant and delicate white wine, with good ageing potential.
Citrus colour, fresh and mineral, structured and complex, with pleasant wood notes that do not overpower the fruit. Intense and persistent finish.

The summer was hot, but Estremoz maintained the large temperature ranges that are so characteristic of it and that are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow maturation in order to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. So in 2019 we were able to edit our white Blog for the 2nd time, produced from our best grapes. Aging in French oak barrels, half new and half 2nd year.
