Quinta de Cidrô is a White Sauvignon Blanc that combines the best of both worlds, on the one hand the concentration and power of the Douro and on the other the elegance and character of this renowned French variety.
Tasting Notes:
A Sauvignon Blanc of very expressive aroma with light notes of asparagus, green pepper and grapefruit well integrated by an evident impression of minerality. In the tasting it is shown a rich and intense wine, which at the same time preserves a sense of lightness and freshness.

Vinification:
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, and then fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel vats for a period of 3 months before being bottled.
