How do I access my account and what are the benefits of subscribing to the newsletter?
The registration process is very simple! Access the customer area, fill in your details, and confirm that you want to receive our updates through the newsletter. There are many benefits to registering and confirming the receipt of our newsletters: access to exclusive coupons and opportunities for followers, as well as the ability to complete your purchases with incredible ease! We promise not to flood your inbox with unnecessary advertisements. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.” Whenever you want to edit your information, you can do so by accessing your customer area. If you wish to delete your account, simply contact our team.
What payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?

For your security and comfort, we accept various payment methods:

Multibanco: Select this payment method and at the end of the order you will receive a reference for payment of your order via email.

Mbway: Payment method available only in Portugal, through the Mbway application.

Bank Transfer: Select this payment method and at the end of the order you will receive our account details via email. Please use the Order Number as a reference for the transfer or deposit.

PayPal: Select this payment method and you can make the payment with your PayPal account, benefiting from buyer protection and the security of not disclosing your credit card or bank account details.

Credit or Debit Card: Select this payment method and you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is processed by Stripe, one of Europe's largest payment platforms, ensuring your card details are protected.

1st Note: No payment fees are charged for any of the payment methods.

What are the costs and delivery times for orders?

MAINLAND PORTUGAL:

Delivery is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, the delivery cost is calculated in the cart based on the weight of the ordered products.

PORTUGUESE ISLANDS: Delivery cost is calculated in the cart based on the weight of the products and delivery address.

EUROPEAN UNION:

Express Service: Shipping cost is calculated in the cart.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number provided by the carrier, which you can use to track the progress on the carrier’s website.

Standard Service: Shipping cost is calculated in the cart.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number provided by the carrier, which you can use to track the progress on the carrier’s website.

NOTE: The shipping cost includes all costs from our warehouse to your address. Products are exported with the respective exemptions of local taxes and/or VAT applied in Portugal (6%, 13%, or 23%), and any local taxes in the destination country charged by local authorities will need to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL:

Express Service: Shipping cost is calculated in the cart.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The order preparation time is 1 to 2 business days, in addition to the estimated delivery time for each destination country. At the end of the checkout, depending on the destination country, the estimated delivery time will be mentioned.

What happens after placing an order?

After payment confirmation of your order, you will receive a notification by email informing you that your order has been processed. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment.

Delivery in Mainland Portugal: On the eve of delivery, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, including the tracking number provided by the carrier. This number will allow you to track the progress of the delivery on the carrier's website.

Delivery in Europe and the Rest of the World: You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, including the tracking number provided by the carrier. This number will allow you to track the progress of the delivery on the carrier's website.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order delivery?

Upon receiving your order, it is important to inspect the boxes and report any visible damage to the delivery person. You should also make a note of the damage on the transport guide provided by the carrier.

If a box is damaged during transport, the carrier may recondition the packaging or, if the damage is significant, discard the order. Both the sender and the recipient will be notified of the damage.

If any products are missing from your order, please contact our team. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund for the missing products.

If you are not at the designated address at the time of delivery, the carrier may contact you or deliver the order to the nearest pickup point. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our team for additional assistance.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, provided that the products are in perfect condition.

In case of return, the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse is the consumer's responsibility.
