How do I get access to my account and what are the advantages of having access to the newsletter?

The registration process is very simple! Access the client area, fill in your details, confirm that you want to receive our news through the newsletter and done.

You will have many advantages in registering and confirming the receipt of our newsletters, you will have access to coupons and exclusive opportunities only for followers and you will be able to complete your purchases with incredible ease! We promise not to fill your inbox with unnecessary advertising.

Later you can unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking "unsubscribe".

Whenever you want to edit your information you can do so by accessing your customer area. If you wish to delete your account, simply contact our team.

What payment methods are accepted at the Online Store?

For your safety and comfort, we accept several payment methods:

Multibanco: Select this payment method and at the end of the order you will receive in your email a reference for payment of your order.

Mbway: Payment method available only in Portugal, through the Mbway application.

Bank Transfer: Select this payment method and at the end of the order you will receive in your email our account details. Please indicate the order number as reference for the transfer or deposit.

PayPal: Select this payment method and you can make your payment with your PayPal account, having access to buyer protection and the security of not disclosing your credit card or bank account data.

Credit Card: Select this payment method and you can pay with AMEX, VISA and MASTERCARD. The payment is processed by Ifthanpay, one of the largest European payment platforms, and your card details are protected.

1st Note: There are no payment fees for any of the payment methods.

2nd Note: In case of return (in case of dissatisfaction you can return up to 15 days after purchase), in this case you should contact our team to expedite the return of the purchase amount in the most convenient way for you, by bank transfer or refund to your credit card.

What are the costs and shipping times for orders?

CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL:

Delivery is free for orders over 50€ with deliveries made within 2 to 3 working days.

In orders under 50€, the delivery cost is calculated according to the weight of the products ordered, with deliveries made within 2 to 3 working days.

- 0 to 5 kgs: € 4.00

- 5 to 10 kgs: 4,68 €

- 10 to 15 kgs: 6,04 €

- 15 to 20 kgs: $7.08

- 20 to 25 kgs: 7,35 €

PORTUGUESE ISLANDS: Subject to confirmation, taking into account the place of delivery of the products, please contact our team.

EUROPEAN UNION:

Express Service: Shipping cost calculated directly on our "Checkout" platform, with deliveries made within 1 to 2 working days.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with its tracking number, which you can use to track its progress on the carrier's website.

Standard Service: Shipping cost calculated directly on our "Checkout" platform, with deliveries made within 3 to 6 working days.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with its tracking number, which you can use to track progress on the carrier's website.

NOTE: The shipping cost includes all costs from our warehouse to your address. All products are exported free of local taxes and duties designated in Portugal (VAT 6%, 13% or 23%), and any local taxes in the destination country that are levied by local authorities will have to be borne by the customer himself.

INTERNATIONAL:

Express Service: shipping cost calculated directly on our "Checkout" platform, with deliveries made within 1 to 2 working days.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with its tracking number, which you can use to track progress on the carrier's website.

NOTE: The shipping cost includes all costs from our warehouse to your address. All products are exported with exemption of local taxes and duties designated in Portugal (VAT 6%, 13% or 23%), but there may be payment of local taxes in the country of destination (VAT and customs duties) that are charged by local authorities and will have to be borne by the customer himself.

NOTE: All orders will only be shipped after confirmation of collection.

What happens after I place the order?

After payment confirmation of your order, the Purchase Invoice is automatically sent by email and you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped, depending on the type of delivery method you chose:

Delivery in Continental Portugal: The day before delivery, you will receive an email informing you that your order will be delivered, with the estimated delivery time.

Delivery in Europe and International: You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped, with its tracking number, which you can use to track its progress on the carrier's website.

What happens if I have a problem with the delivery of my order?

When you receive your order you should always inspect the boxes and report any visible damage to the delivery person to make reservations on the packing slip.

Normally, if a box is damaged during shipping, the carrier will repackage and deliver it so always check to see if any of the boxes are different from the others or if there is tape on the package with the carrier's logo.

In case of missing products in your order, please contact our team and we will follow up with the shipping company and replace or refund any missing products.

If you are not at the designated address at the time of order delivery, our carriers will contact you. They will schedule a delivery time depending on your availability. In case of any difficulty, you may contact our team.

If you are not satisfied, you may return your order, up to 14 days after the date you received it, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, assuming that the products are in perfect condition.

In case of return, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to bear the cost of returning the item.

How secure is it to shop at the Online Store? Is my data protected?
