How do I get access to my account and what are the advantages of having access to the newsletter?

The registration process is very simple! Access the customer area, fill in your data, confirm that you want to receive our news through the newsletter, and done.

You will have many advantages in registering and confirming the receipt of our newsletters, you will have access to coupons and exclusive opportunities only for followers, and you will be able to complete your purchases with incredible ease!

We promise not to fill your mailbox with unnecessary advertising. You can later unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking on “unsubscribe”.

Whenever you want to edit your information, you can do so by accessing your customer area. If you wish to delete your account, just contact our team.

What payment methods are accepted at the Online Store?

For your safety and comfort, we accept several payment methods:

ATM: Select this payment method and at the end of the order, you will receive in your email a reference for payment of your order.

Mbway: Payment method available only in Portugal, through the Mbway application.

Bank Transfer: Select this payment method and at the end of the order, you will receive our account details in your email. Please indicate the Order Number as the transfer or deposit reference.

PayPal: Select this payment method and you will be able to make it with your PayPal account, having access to buyer protection and security not to divulge your credit card or bank account details.

Credit Card: Select this payment method and you can pay with AMEX, VISA, and MASTERCARD. Payment is processed by Ifthanpay, one of the largest European payment platforms, and your card details are protected.

1st Note: No payment fees are charged for any of the payment methods.

2nd Note: In case of return (in case of dissatisfaction, you can return it up to 14 days after purchase), in this case, you should contact our team to expedite the return of the purchase amount in the most convenient way for you, by bank transfer or by the same payment method as the purchase.

What are the costs and shipping times for orders?

CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL:

Delivery is free for orders over €75 with deliveries made within 1 to 2 business days.

For orders worth less than €75, the delivery cost is calculated in the shopping cart, depending on the weight of the products ordered.

PORTUGUESE ISLANDS: The delivery cost is calculated in the shopping cart, depending on the weight of the products and delivery address.

EUROPEAN UNION:

Express Service: Shipping cost calculated in the shopping cart, with deliveries made within 1 to 2 business days.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with its tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress on the carrier's website.

Standard Service: Shipping cost calculated in the shopping cart, with deliveries made within 3 to 9 business days, depending on the destination of the order.

NOTE: The shipping cost includes all costs from our warehouse to your address. Products are exported with exemptions from local fees and/or taxes applied in Portugal (VAT 6%, 13% or 23%), and any local tax in the destination country that is charged by local authorities will have to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL:

Express Service: Shipping cost calculated in the shopping cart, with deliveries made within 1 to 3 business days.

What happens after I place an order?

After confirmation of payment for your order, you will receive a notification informing you that your order has been shipped, and you will receive the purchase invoice, which is automatically sent by email.

Delivery in Mainland Portugal: On the eve of delivery, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with its tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress on the carrier's website.

Delivery in Europe and Rest of the World: You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with its tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress on the carrier's website.

What happens if I have a problem with delivery?

Upon receiving your order, you should always inspect the boxes and report any visible damage to the person who is delivering it and make reservations on the carrier's waybill.

Usually, if a box is damaged during transport, the carrier will repackage or discard the shipment if the damage is extensive, and both the sender and recipient will be notified of the damage.

In case of missing products in your order, please contact our team and we will follow up with the shipping company and replace or refund any missing product.

If you are not at the designated address at the time of delivery of the order, the carrier may contact you or proceed to deliver the order to the nearest delivery point to the address. In case of any difficulty, you can contact our team.

If you are not satisfied, you can return your order, up to 14 days after the date you received it, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, assuming that the products are in perfect condition.

In case of return, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to bear the cost of returning the article.

How secure is it to store at the Online Store? Is my data protected?

Our payment methods (Mbway, Multibanco, PayPal, and Credit Card) are managed by a duly certified financial entity.
