This is a subtle oil, with a delicate personality that is not overly potent and reveals great elegance and harmony.
Tasting Notes:
Green / yellow in color, with intense aromas of grass, flower and olive. In the mouth it is rounded, dense and fluid; starting with a dash of sweet almonds, followed by fresh olives, assorted greens and an extremely long and complex finish, with a tangy hint that is not at all sour.
