With marked notes of green olive leaf, fresh grass and broom and other fruits, namely apple, almond, tomato and green banana.
All these attributes allow a diversified gastronomic use. Very persistent in the mouth.
Preservation: Extra virgin olive oil should be stored away from light, in a cool place and away from products with intense smells and aromas. Any turbidity that arises as a result of lowering the temperature is absolutely natural and does not constitute a defect in an extra virgin olive oil. Never heat it to melt.
