Vinification:
Maceration in micro presses at a temperature of 26‑28ºC. 9 months aging in new hulls of
French oak.
We started the harvest on the 10th of September and ended on the 20th of October. A slow harvest, which allowed us to harvest the white grapes with excellent balance and wait for the reds to mature at high levels. So we are confident in the freshness of the white wines and in the
concentration and balance of red wines.
