It was from our oldest vines, planted in the Estremoz region, that we selected the best grapes from the traditional Alentejo grape varieties.
Citrus yellow colour, intense and persuasive aroma, structured but elegant, fresh and mineral with a vigorous and vibrant finish.

The summer was hot, but Estremoz maintained the large temperature ranges that are so characteristic of it and that are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow maturation in order to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. If we add details such as the proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the gentle pressings, the low fermentation temperatures and the resting in French oak barrels, it will be easy to see why we were able to reissue this edition of Tiago Cabaço Vinhas Velhas.
