Express the richness of a unique terroir in an elegant and complex wine. Origin: Grapes from a single plot, aged over 100 years, on schist soils and at an altitude of 450m.
Tasting Notes:
Opaque garnet colour with hints of violet. Aroma of wild fruit and black plum wrapped in hints of vanilla. In the mouth very complex and balanced with the well integrated barrel showing some notes of smoke, remarkable structure with silky tannins, fresh and lasting finish.

Vinification:
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Reception with full destemming. Conducted fermentation of indigenous yeasts in granite presses with foot treading at controlled temperature, in order to obtain a slow fermentation with high extraction.
