This Syrah 2018 is the second vintage of a set of single-varietal wines with the signature of Tiago Cabaço. Made from grapes from our best plot of Syrah grape variety.
A huge dimension in colour and aroma, concentrated and seductive, floral and fruity. It stands out for the reinvigorating freshness of the finish and the soft but powerful tannins that brighten the exhilarating finish.

In 2018 we were fortunate to be able to harvest grapes in a perfect state of ripeness, with a balance and accuracy that, even today, surprise us for their good evolution and resourcefulness. Then, in addition to the good fruit that we harvest from our vineyards, we also benefited from the many investments and good decisions we have been making, from the proximity of the vineyards to the winery, to the patient and gentle pressings, from the
low fermentation temperatures, to small-capacity presses, always with constant attention to detail. It was then aged for 15 months in French oak Barrels.
