This is Sharish’s traditional Gin with notes of Juniper, Esmolfe wild apple, lemon verbena, orange peel and lemon zest, coriander seed, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon.
Tasting Notes:
Smooth drink with a unique aroma, dominated by citrus flavors, from the orange peel, the soft sweetness of the Esmolfe wild apple and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper.

Vinification:
Part of a distillation based on fresh Esmolfe Bravo apple. All the botanicals are distilled separately and the alcohol levels are corrected later and a blend is made with all the distillates. After that, a post-distillation infusion with cinnamon and vanilla is made.
Harmonization:
Serve as an aperitif or with a dessert, preferably fresh.
