This Alicante Bouschet 2019 is the ninth vintage of a set of monovarietal wines with the signature of Tiago Cabaço. For us, the choice of the Alicante Bouschet variety was natural and immediate, due to the wide recognition and performance it has had in the Alentejo and the excellent results we have had in the vinification of some selected plots, where the variety expresses all its potential and richness from our terroir.
Compact ruby color, fine but powerful tannins. Complex aroma blending ripe red fruit notes. Long and elegant aftertaste.

The harvest was carried out manually for small capacity boxes. The grapes, after destemming were trodden by foot in modern stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle.
