The Sharish Laurinius Gin is a Limited Edition that has aged for 1 year in Lourinhã Wine Brandy barrels. It would be a version of the Sharish Gin Original, in which the Bravo de Esmolfe apple would be replaced by the Western Rock Pear and would add an extra botanical, the Laurel leaf, in honor of Lourinhã.
