This limited edition celebrates the most Portuguese pear – Pêra Rocha – while maintaining the foundation of the Sharish Gin Original.
Botanists: juniper, coriander seed, rock pear, lemon peel and Alentejo orange, lemon thyme, tangerine leaf, pine needles, lavender, elderflower, cloves, germanic iris, licorice, angelica root and laurel seed.
Tasting Notes:
Sharish gin is a smooth drink with a unique aroma, dominated by citrus flavors – from the orange peel – the soft sweetness of rock pear and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper. The most subtle touches of this gin come from the cloves and the coriander seeds, and at the end of the tasting, the slight bitterness of the lemon verbena is felt.

Production:
Distilled in a Portuguese rotating column still, this limited edition celebrates the most Portuguese of pears – PÊRA ROCHA. This is a London Dry Gin made to the taste of António Cuco distiller.
Harmonization:
It should be drunk neat or over ice with pear chips and thyme sprigs. It’s also very good for cocktails.
