Frutóbidos, owner of the Vila das Rainhas brand, is owned by Marina Brás, who acquired it in 2001 from Joaquim Albano, its founder, from whom it received the recipe of conventual origin for the production of the genuine Ginja de Óbidos Vila das Rainhas® liqueur.

The secret of Vila das Rainhas®, Ginja de Óbidos begins in the ginjal, where the fruit is produced and harvested. After carefully selected the cherry, already in the facilities of Frutóbidos, is placed in a hydroalcoholic infusion. After a prolonged stage of the fruit, the sugar syrup is added.
