Hidromel Runas is a local and artisanal producer with origins in Amarante, where the production of the entire mead process is artisanal.

Depending on the type of mead chosen, spices or the freshest fruits are chosen in order to highlight their superior qualities and properties in the final result.

Similar to wine, alcohol is produced naturally resulting from the fermentation of yeasts selected for Hidromel Runas, resulting in an alcohol content without any addition of wine or artificial alcohol.
