Lurdes and Manuel Joaquim Porfírio started, in 1982, with a small meat sales and processing establishment. At that time, they only produced salpicão, moira, chorizo ​​and ham, products that, even today, continue to be a reference, and the favorites of consumers, as a result of their consolidated and recognized quality. This notoriety was achieved through total dedication, and high experience, in all these years of work.

Almost thirty-five years later, and with three points of sale, in addition to the factory in Lalim, opened in 1995, the diversification of products is evident, keeping the oldest in a prominent place, proving that modernity and tradition can be merge into traditional products with a touch of innovation.
