The tradition began in 1978 in a small sausage shop where he prepared his products using the ingredients used by his ancestors and with artisanal methods characteristic of the Guarda region, so rich in smokehouses.
In 1981 the company was transferred to new premises. More spacious and better equipped that have been remodeled in compliance with current legislation.
We continue to fulfill the tradition of the Beira Interior region, making its products appreciated from north to south of the country and beyond.
