Quinta Colinas de S. Lourenço, built according to the best examples in the world, uses the most modern vinification technology, making all the movement of liquids and masses by gravity. The large aging rooms, equipped with the best French oak barrels, provide the ideal conditions for the peaceful rest of the wines that, normally, also age in the bottle for several years. Reserve wines intended for the production of sparkling wines are also aged in these rooms in imposing reserve vats.
