Founded in 1998, but with origins dating back to 1935, Bísaro - Salsicharia Tradicional is a producer company specializing in hams, sausages and other products of animal origin, made from Bísaro pigs. Installed in Gimonde - Bragança, in the Montesinho Natural Park, privileging its relationship with this magnificent region.

One of our main goals is the creation of hams, sausages, Bísaro pork and traditional smoked meats from Trás-os-Montes, with the quality guaranteed by local raw materials.
