This chocolate is the fruit of friendship and collaboration between Chá Camélia and Feitoria do Cacao.
After several trials, experiments, tastings and discussions, always with a lot of love and passion, a very happy chocolate was born, which brings us all the freshness and subtlety of Japanese tea, integrated into the euphoric texture and taste of white chocolate.

These Matcha and Tokujou-Sencha are produced on the tea plantation in Miyazaki, by the hands of the Morimoto couple, who cultivate and treat the tea with lots of love and rigor. Matcha, which is in powder form, provides the color, intensity of aroma and taste of green tea, then comes the crunch of the Tokujou-Sencha leaves, which cleanses the palate and leaves a prolonged freshness at the end of the mouth.
The producer Feitoria do Cacao originated after a trip to São Tomé and Príncipe made by the company’s two founders, Tomoko Suga and Sue Tavares. During this trip, they had the opportunity to explore several Cocoa Farms and interact directly with the people involved in cocoa production. This experience provided a complete understanding of the cocoa transformation process, from its origin to reaching chocolate producers around the world. Not only did we learn the entire process, but they also showed us the humility and bitter life of cocoa producers, which in no way resembles the image we have of chocolate: sweet and rich. This shock had a profound impact on the founders, leading them to start the Feitoria do Cacao project. They felt it was essential to contribute to reducing the economic disparities that existed between cocoa producers and chocolate producers.
