At Quinta do Piri-Piri & Co., coming from Albufeira, the most diverse Piri-Piris plants from the 4 corners of the World are created. From the harmless Biquinho from Brazil, through the famous Jalapeño from Mexico or the dreaded Bhut Jolokia from India to the ruthless Carolina Reaper from the United States of America. Of these, 20 varieties are used in the production of spicy products and around 500 make up the “Garden of Fire” .
Ingredients: Vinegar, Habanero Yellow, Skorpion Yellow, Mango Pulp, Honey and Bhut Jolokia.
A spicy sauce with a fresh and sour flavour, delicious when combined with grilled meat, burger, fish, seafood or cold salads or baked chicken.
