At Quinta do Piri-Piri & Co., from Albufeira, the most diverse Piri-Piris plants are created from the 4 corners of the world. From the harmless Biquinho from Brazil, through the famous Jalapeño from Mexico or the feared Bhut Jolokia from India to the merciless Carolina Reaper from the United States of America. Of these, 20 varieties are used in the production of spicy products and around 500 make up the “Jardim do Fogo”.

With a fresh palate and predominant flavors of green peppercorns, ginger and parsley. For use with meats, pastas, salads or oriental dishes.
