This is Sharish’s traditional Gin with a unique aroma, dominated by citrus flavors from the orange peel, the soft sweetness of the Esmolfe Bravo apple and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper.

Vinification:
Part of a distillation based on fresh Esmolfe Bravo apple. All the botanicals are distilled separately and the alcohol levels are corrected later and a blend is made with all the distillates. After that, a post-distillation infusion with cinnamon and vanilla is made.
Harmonization:
Serve as an aperitif or with a dessert, preferably fresh.
