Flor de Sal is produced in the salt flats of Aveiro, the city where Feitoria do Cacao is located, and where, to this day, people work by hand to harvest only the surface salts, the best of sea salt.
In the intense and fruity flavor of 72% dark chocolate, fleur de sel grains add a divine aftertaste with the flavor of the ocean. Thus, with this combination, an irresistible taste is created.
