Refugees Rum is the result of a blend signed by Ljubomir Stanisic, aged for two years at Zimbro, in French oak barrels where Douro wine was previously aged; in others Scotch whiskey and later cherry.
Produced from sugarcane originating in Syria and North Africa (certification of origin) – which migrated along the Mediterranean Sea to southern Spain, where it was distilled and finally arrived in Portugal.

This is a rum with a strong palate of noble wood, with sweetness, elegance and subtlety. Limited and numbered edition.
Consumption Suggestions: It should be served fresh. Ideal as a digestive.
