Vinification:
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press and vinification is followed in stainless steel vats without contact with the peliculas. Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy as is tradition in Port Wine. The stage takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve all its aromatic expression and freshness.
