Vinification:
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats in contact with the films until the addition of wine brandy. The wine then aged in oak vats for a period of 18 months. Brandy is only added at the end of fermentation when there is virtually no sugar left, making it a Dry White Port.
