The Port Of Malvasia expresses all the splendor of the production of White Port Wine. Produced exclusively from the Malvasia Fina variety, it represents the innovative side of The Real Companhia Velha and the quality of the vineyards of Quinta do Casal da Granja.
Tasting Notes:
A very fresh and aromatic wine, which after being aged in wooden casks for a period of 3 months, is young and sweet, golden in hue and has as predominant characteristic a fruity and balanced aroma. The Royal Companhia Velha Malvasia is traditionally drunk as an aperitif due to its freshness and fruity flavors.

Vinification:
Port wines dedicated to the Port Malvasia lots begin fermentation in autovinifers with pelicular contact until fermentation is discontinuation through the addition of wine brandy. The candidates for the lot then aged in oak balseiros in order to preserve the fruity aromas and all the freshness of the wine.
