Port wines dedicated to the Port Malvasia lots begin fermentation in autovinifers with pelicular contact until fermentation is discontinuation through the addition of wine brandy. The candidates for the lot then aged in oak balseiros in order to preserve the fruity aromas and all the freshness of the wine.
