Vinification:
Initially with red color, this wine is obtained by mixing different crops. Initially, it ages in oak vats and after 2 to 4 years it is mixed. Its aging and consequent oxidation in the oak make its color pass from red to orange (tawny) and the shades of fresh fruits acquire nuances of dried fruits, giving the wine a subtle elegance.
