Quinta do Síbio Rosé is born on the Plateau of Alijó, known for its fresh climate and richer soils, where the Touriga Nacional matures more slowly thus preserving all its aromatic character, freshness and acidity.
<strong>Tasting Notes:
</strong>An aromatic Rosé full of expression, with slight nuances of strawberry, complexed with floral notes and red fruits. In the mouth, it is full of fruity flavors, but at the same time complex and with good volume, ending the tasting with a very lively acidity that gives it as a balanced Rosé full of character.

Vinification:
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, and then fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months before being bottled.
