The Red Sibio results from an extensive work of precision viticulture combined with an oenology of excellence, this top of the range, quite aromatic, with notes of ripe and generous fruit, demonstrates a lot of complexity and richness.
Tasting Notes:
With an intense and deep color, a reflection of youth and structure, it is a red that impresses at first glance. Dense and full-bodied, it has the tannins well present, but softened by a sweetness from the fruit.

Vinification:
Fermentation takes place partially, 50% in granite mills and 50% in stainless steel mills with temperature control. The whole wine aged 12 months in new French oak barrels.
