In stainless steel tank, at a temperature of 14-16ºC. Aging after fermentation, the wine is kept in a stainless steel tank in contact with the fine lees until bottling, in order to maintain its freshness and gain complexity.
It was a difficult harvest, especially to interpret the maturation of the white grapes, but we managed to harvest with good acidity and avoid large concentrations of sugar. The whites, while in the vintage were very closed, now appear full of vibrant and seductive aromas.
