Maceration at approx. from 29-31°C. Stage: One year in cask, and bottling the second year. Red as it is sufficient, exuberant fruity with notes of plum and black fig, in a clean and pure profile. With the alcohol well integrated, letting you see the whole character of the fruit, its matrix. Extremely balanced, almost silky on the attack, the firm tannin follows its presence, complemented with an acidity and alcohol properly combined and potentiating.
