This 1995 vintage is the company’s first vintage. The first of a long road that has been covered in the meantime. As it is a vintage that is already of considerable age, it always needs to be decanted, not only to oxygenate a little, but also to separate the sediments formed with ageing. You should keep the bottle upright for a few hours. You will see that you will find an extraordinary evolution, captivating right on the nose.
Aroma of prunes and spice, earthy, fresh. In the mouth you will find a silky, chatty wine. You will have the opportunity to see a wine in evolution. It starts elegant, then emerges powerful but always velvety. It will end long and pleasant. a real discovery.
