Bivarietal wine produced with grapes from our Quinta da Abelheira test field (550-600m) on the plateau south of Favaios.
Each variety makes its contribution well: Verdelho for an intoxicating acidity and minerality as well as a serious presence in the mouth, and Sauvignon Blanc for an aromatic excellence, extremely clean, fruity and floral, together with notes of cedar. In the mouth, it contributes to a volume that perfectly balances the strong acidity. Seductive finish due to the sensation of freshness and complexity. And of course we cannot remain indifferent to the beautiful lime green color.

Vinification:
In stainless steel tank, at a temperature of 14-16ºC. The wine remains in a stainless steel tank, in order to preserve all its freshness.
It was a difficult harvest, especially to interpret the maturation of the white grapes, but we managed to harvest with good acidity and avoid large concentrations of sugar. The reds started to come out very concentrated in color and everything seemed to be heading towards a remarkable year!
