Vinification:
Maceration in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24-26 ºC. 9 months aging in used French oak barrels.
2018 is marked as an extremely dry and hot year and where the absence of precipitation was a constant, with some exceptions that were small to avoid a strong water stress.
