Vinification:
Maceration in a stainless steel tank and press at a temperature of approx. from 28-30°C. Aging for one year in cask, and bottling for the second year.
On the 6th of September we decided to harvest some portions of Tinta Roriz. On September 11th we started the harvest of white varieties and we continued patiently until October 15th, as there was no threat of rain. Even the one registered in mid-September was harmless, even for some potentially sensitive varieties at this stage. We can therefore say that the challenge has been overcome!
In a completely challenging year. Quality promises, and wines with great personality are coming!
