Vinification:
Maceration in a stainless steel tank and press at a temperature of approx. from 28-30°C. One-year aging in cask, and bottling for the second year.
Brush occurred between the second and third week of March, and the cycle started very quickly, due to the availability of water in the soil and high temperatures. Generally speaking, it was in May that flowering and setting took place, with some drifting in the higher areas.
