Initially this Vintage was designed for consumption while young, for its exuberance of red fruit and a structure that looked more elegant than the Classic Vintage.
Here it is…, still intense in color, notes of a lot of red fruit but very ripe. Left the red fruits to present a compote of the same fruits, essentially strawberry. In the mouth it shows the claw to continue to age. A long and very complex finish and still with a freshness that makes some new Vintages with some envy!!

Vinification:
Maceration in a stainless steel tank and press at a temperature of approx. of 29-31°C. Stage: One year in cask, and bottling the second year.
The setting at the end of May took place with high luminosity and temperature that, associated with the high number of pollen in the air, was perfect for flowering. From here on, the occasional rainfall was not a concern. In the first 15 days of August, there was a heat wave that interrupted the growth cycle, where there was a temp. minimum 35ºC and relative humidity below 10%. The last days of August were cooler with light rainfall for two days which favored maturation.
