This is a light and very fresh wine, ideal to accompany salads, grilled fish and seafood or just to enjoy an excellent and refreshing glass of white wine on a hot day, preferably by the pool or on a terrace by the sea !
Citrus color with good aromatic intensity, where predominantly white floral notes prevail. In the mouth it shows a beautiful acidity, refreshing and elegant, leaving a long and refreshing finish.

Vinification:
In stainless steel tank, at a temperature of 14ºC-16ºC. The wine remains during aging in a stainless steel tank with its fine lees, in order to ensure greater complexity and longevity.
The use of different varieties to obtain complete and complex wines is something that the Douro dominates due to the vast experience accumulated over the centuries. These wines have an enviable capacity for aging in the bottle.
