Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 14-16ºC, after obtaining the must by direct pressing. The wine remains in a stainless steel tank until filling to ensure freshness and elegance.
It was a difficult harvest, especially to interpret the maturation of the white grapes, but we managed to harvest it with good acidity and avoid large concentrations of sugar. The reds started to come out very concentrated in color and everything seemed to be heading towards a remarkable year!
The whites, while in the vintage were very closed, now appear full of vibrant and seductive aromas. In short: great wines on the way in a year, once again atypical!
