Vinification:
Maceration in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 25‑26ºC. 25% of the volume of this wine ages in used French oak barrels for 9 months.
The use of different varieties to obtain complete and complex wines is something that the Douro dominates due to the vast experience accumulated over the centuries.
