Vinification:
Manual harvesting and then transported on pallets (max. 150 kg). Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats at a temperature around 25-26ºC. Aging for 9 months in used French oak barrels.
The use of different varieties to obtain complete and complex wines is something that the Douro dominates due to the vast experience accumulated over the centuries. These wines have an enviable capacity for aging in the bottle.
